FotoWeek DC is proud to partner with The Washington Post in the sponsorship of the third annual FotoWeek DC Youth Photo Contest. This is your chance to win recognition for your talent: in addition to terrific prizes, the winners’ work will be exhibited during the festival, November 6th to 13th, 2010.
We invite all youth from kindergarten to 12th grade to enter the contest. Join our E-List to keep on top of the latest ”developments.”
Details:
- Enter in several categories: People, Animals, Landscape, Sports, and/or Humor
- Submissions must be made online with parental permission
- Prizes: cash and equipment for first-place winners and school art departments
Finalists will receive their awards at a special reception at The Washington Post in November. Winning photographs will be exhibited at FotoWeek DC’s central hub at the Corcoran Gallery of Art and published on WashingtonPost.com.
